The Lead Product Manager, Feed ERP is a remote position at Datacor that directs the strategy, roadmap, and revenue outcomes for the organization's animal nutrition software line. Key Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Feed Mill Manager and Pennent Mill Manager while aligning internal teams on growth priorities.
Take accountability for product-level annual recurring revenue, net revenue retention, and win rates.
Develop pricing and packaging recommendations, including tier designs and customer migrations, for the Datacor Pricing Committee.
Conduct competitive research, manage product advisory groups, and represent the company at industry events.
Validate ideas with customers prior to engineering work and oversee AI-enabled product capabilities.
Drive tiered product launches, create enablement materials for sales and support, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Meaningful experience in agribusiness, feed manufacturing, or commodity trading with knowledge of merchandising, procurement, plant operations, or regulatory requirements.
Proven background in B2B software product line ownership, balancing strategy with delivery.
Demonstrated commercial judgment through pricing, packaging, or business case work.
Strong discovery craft focused on uncovering underlying customer problems before committing development time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting clear recommendations to executives, engineers, and customers.
Daily hands-on use of AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and prototyping with verification skills.
Technical fluency regarding data models, integrations, and product details.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

Background in feed or ration formulation software.
Familiarity with nutrition or feed labeling regulations.
Experience in software development or product managing AI and data-driven features.
