About this role

Coram AI is focused on reimagining video security through a cloud-native platform that utilizes computer vision and AI to enhance business safety, decision-making, and operational speed. The platform provides features such as real-time alerts, seamless clip sharing, and multi-site visibility for businesses. This role is critical for scaling the human resources function as Coram AI expands its operations across the U.S., UK, and India. The individual will be responsible for taking ownership of existing HR operations, refining processes, and building scalable systems to support the company’s growth trajectory.

Candidates who excel in building scalable processes, possess strong judgment in complex employee situations, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment would be well-suited for this role.
