Role Overview

Overjet operates at the forefront of dental AI, providing trusted platforms to insurers and dental providers across the globe. As the Head of Product, New Products, the incoming leader takes ownership of transforming the foundational Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product into a dynamic, multi-product suite. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, Practice, this position involves close daily collaboration with Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), and executive leadership to shape the long-term vision without an existing playbook.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the product strategy and multi-year roadmap that turns a single successful product into a connected suite of modules.
Determine module prioritization based on unit economics, customer demand, and pricing power, defending these strategic decisions to executive leadership.
Build, recruit, and mentor the RCM product team, hiring product managers and helping them grow into autonomous module owners.
Bridge communication between executive leadership, GTM, and Engineering teams to align the product roadmap with real market constraints and business realities.
Maintain high quality standards across core SaaS workflows as the platform expands in scale and surface area.
Ensure platform-level coherence so that every new module integrates smoothly into a unified user experience rather than acting as an isolated point solution.

Requirements

Proven track record of managing and developing product managers while leading multiple product lines or a multi-product portfolio within the B2B SaaS sector.
Demonstrated strength in multi-product strategy, prioritization, executive communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Background in healthcare technology, dental technology, or revenue cycle management is strongly preferred.
Candidates may hold a bachelor's degree or present equivalent professional experience.
