Role Overview

As the Head of GTM Engineering & Systems, the candidate will direct the architecture, drive the AI roadmap, and deliver automated systems for customer-facing teams. This position requires hands-on technical building and team leadership to scale the go-to-market tech stack as the organization expands significantly.

Key Responsibilities

Own the entire go-to-market technology portfolio, including Salesforce architecture, data enrichment platforms, routing tools, engagement software, and system integrations.
Design and implement a robust quoting and lead-to-revenue architecture from the ground up to streamline the sales closing process.
Develop production-grade agentic AI workflows for business development representatives, account executives, and sales managers to boost productivity.
Expand and mentor the GTM engineering team by defining hiring profiles, establishing technical standards, and cultivating a fast-shipping engineering culture.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or sales operations within B2B companies, with consumption business model experience strongly desired.
At least 5 years of direct people management experience leading teams and setting technical direction.
Deep architectural expertise in Salesforce, encompassing data models, process automation, integrations, governance, and modern CLI or MCP setups.
Proven history of driving measurable sales rep productivity enhancements and building or rebuilding quoting or CPQ workflows at scale.

Nice to Have

Experience shipping production-grade agentic or AI-native go-to-market workflows rather than pilot projects.
Background in scaling GTM systems through high-growth phases from Series B to Series D.
Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing structures.
Previous work experience at an AI or machine learning infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first organization.
