Role Overview

Pigment is hiring a full-time GTM Engineer to work out of the New York location. This position sits within the Sales department and focuses on building AI-first products and systems to help the go-to-market organization operate with speed and leverage. The role combines applied artificial intelligence with pipeline ownership and outbound experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Design and ship AI-powered GTM systems by turning proven workflows into scalable automation and internal tools.
Build AI agents for expansion insights, deal intelligence, AE to CS handoffs, and GTM copilots.
Own GTM automation as a product from discovery to adoption while measuring efficiency and automation ROI.
Own automated outbound motions for the North American market by building, running, and optimizing outbound programs.
Run experiments and scale successful strategies by partnering closely with Sales Managers and Sales Reps.

Requirements

Bring 1 to 3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM Ops, RevOps, or Automation roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
Possess a deep understanding of sales and outbound tactics.
Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with go-to-market tools such as n8n, Clay, and Salesforce.
Have practical experience using large language models and artificial intelligence workflows including prompting, agents, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Exhibit a builder mindset with a passion for shipping, iterating, and improving systems end-to-end.
Maintain strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams and bring clarity to complex problems.
