Role Overview

As an Engagement Manager, the professional will spearhead Pigment implementations for key strategic customers. This position combines structured problem-solving, high-level stakeholder management, and AI-enabled delivery methods to drastically accelerate time-to-value for enterprise businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of end-to-end customer engagement delivery.
Break down complex business challenges into scalable, actionable solutions.
Facilitate executive-level workshops with key decision-makers including CFOs, COOs, and VPs.
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to translate unique business requirements into comprehensive solution designs.
Utilize AI-driven capabilities to speed up modeling and deliver faster insights.
Direct cross-functional teams comprising Solution Architects, AI Architects, and modelers.
Encourage robust customer adoption and ensure long-term value realization.
Spot and pursue opportunities to expand implementations into new functional use cases such as operations and ERP.

Requirements

Possess four to eight years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or data-driven environments.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier educational institution.
Bring a proven work history from leading technology companies or top-tier professional services firms.
Demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and structured problem-solving skills.
Exhibit outstanding communication talent and stakeholder management expertise.
Maintain a strong personal interest in enterprise software and artificial intelligence.

Nice to Have

Background knowledge or direct experience in operations, supply chain, or FP&A.
Prior exposure to modern data platforms or various AI tools.
