Role Overview

Therapy Near You & Online Therapy is seeking a full-time GTM Engineer to join the Revenue Operations team based in New York City or remotely. This builder-first role suits an experienced technical professional who wants to design and scale the systems, data models, and automation layers powering commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and ship end-to-end technical architecture for assigned motions, including data models, automation logic, and integration patterns.
Build and deploy autonomous AI agents using Claude to execute tasks like referral triage, document parsing, and account research.
Run rapid experimentation loops to test, measure, and iterate on new automations and agent behaviors using actual data.
Continuously evaluate and recommend upgrades to the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot, n8n, Workato, Segment, Gong, Aircall, Nooks, and Clay.
Implement rigorous sandbox testing and deployment practices to ensure all automation logic is validated before going live.
Maintain technical schema maps and enforce strong data governance standards, including field definitions, ownership, and access controls.
Build resilient monitoring and self-healing automations to alert the team immediately when data syncs fail or logic breaks.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical RevOps or GTM Engineering role.
Strong architect mindset focused on scalable logic gates, data schemas, and API endpoints rather than temporary fixes.
Expert-level technical mastery of HubSpot, including Advanced Workflows and Custom Objects.
Advanced orchestration fluency in n8n and Workato, alongside familiarity with tools like Segment, Gong, Aircall, Nooks, and Clay.
Proven hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows using models like Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini.
Demonstrated capability in 0-to-1 system development and setting up data models for complex, multi-party relationships.
Solid background in establishing data governance frameworks and lifecycle-oriented system architecture.

Nice to Have
