Role Overview

As a GTM Engineer at Fireworks AI, this professional sits at the intersection of GTM systems architecture and field execution. The objective is to ensure tools, automations, and data flows actively drive productivity for sales and marketing teams. By partnering closely with sellers, marketers, and leadership, the person in this role will build seamless customer engagement workflows that enable the team to win more business.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain the architecture of the go-to-market tech stack across sales, marketing, and growth.
Build and maintain integrations and automation workflows using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier to eliminate manual work and accelerate pipeline velocity.
Partner directly with sellers and GTM leadership to identify sales process friction, improve daily selling workflows, and support onboarding and training.
Maintain Salesforce as a reliable system of record, ensuring data integrity, clean data models, field governance, and trustworthy reporting for pipeline health and funnel performance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
Strong experience working in Salesforce as an administrator or advanced user.
Hands-on experience with modern go-to-market tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, or Zapier.
Experience designing workflows and automation that enhance sales productivity.
Comfort working directly with sales representatives and translating operational needs into system improvements.
Strong systems mindset regarding data, integrations, and workflow connectivity, alongside curiosity for experimenting with AI-driven workflows.
