About this role

The GTM Chief of Staff & RevOps role at UJET is a remote position based in the US that reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer. This strategic opportunity is ideal for an experienced operator with a background in consulting and B2B SaaS revenue operations looking to scale AI-powered contact center innovation.

Role Overview

As the GTM Chief of Staff & RevOps, you will act as a trusted proxy for the Chief Growth Officer, bridging high-level strategic planning with hands-on operational execution across Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Deal Desk. You will establish the company’s operating rhythm, manage executive enablement and board governance, and lead a lean core team that includes a dedicated HubSpot Administrator. This role elevates RevOps into a strategic growth driver by managing pricing models, data unification, commercial analytics, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary operational partner and executive proxy for the Chief Growth Officer to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
Manage the GTM operating rhythm, including weekly pipeline reviews, executive forecast cadences, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles.
Build executive narratives, board meeting presentations, and strategic performance reviews.
Partner with executive leadership to design and optimize pricing architecture, packaging, and expansion tiers.
Conduct data analysis on historical sales patterns and discounting behaviors to establish guardrails that maximize Average Deal Size and Net Revenue Retention.
Deliver financial modeling and scenario planning for sales capacity, territory coverage, quota deployment, and monetization initiatives.
Drive full data unification across Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success, incorporating customer health heatmaps and adoption telemetry.
Define and enforce HubSpot logic, field structures, and object relationships while managing a dedicated HubSpot Administrator.
Design real-time executive dashboards to surface diagnostic insights on conversion health and deal risks.
Optimize funnel choke-points, implement automated pipeline drift triggers to purge stalled deals, and conduct win-loss analyses.
Oversee territory and quota operations, marketing campaign traceability, and Deal Desk quote-to-cash workflows to keep invoicing lag under 24 hours.
Streamline the GTM tech stack and deploy modern AI workflows to maximize rep selling time.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience combining top-tier Management Consulting or Strategic Ops with RevOps or GTM leadership in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Deep expertise in pricing strategy, discounting analysis, yield management, and deal economics.
Proven track record of unifying cross-functional GTM data, enforcing data governance, and defining CRM architecture.
Exceptional skill acting as a high-trust proxy for C-level leadership, leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, and building board-level narratives.
Master-level ability to translate complex datasets into actionable executive dashboards, capacity models, and predictive forecast views.
Strong background in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, discount controls, and contract lifecycle workflows.
Familiarity with multi-segment GTM motions across Enterprise Direct, OEM, Expansion, and Channel/TSD partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the US without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.
