Coframe is hiring a Growth Engineer for a full-time, in-person position located in the San Francisco Bay Area. This opportunity suits an experienced engineer who wants to build the world's first AI growth engineer at a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the company product offerings rapidly and efficiently.
Help shape the direction of the product and the future of growth engineering.
Utilize code generation tools to design robust, maintainable codebases at high speed.
Apply technical skills to help the internal AI system perform growth engineering tasks for clients.
Balance product quality with fast shipping timelines to drive business outcomes and experiment intuition.

Requirements

World-class background in growth engineering.
Strong focus on driving business results with an intuition for successful experiments.
Demonstrated ability to architect robust and maintainable codebases.
Capacity to ship products quickly while balancing quality and speed.
Exceptional communication skills.

Nice to Have

Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
