Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Possess two to three or more years of relevant talent acquisition or sourcing experience within a high-growth startup or AI company.
Demonstrate a proven track record of scaling and building diverse, high-performing teams.
Show exceptional technical literacy when reviewing resumes, GitHub profiles, and paper abstracts.
Feel comfortable navigating complex technical discussions and engaging passive, in-demand talent.
Utilize AI recruiting tools and design novel sourcing strategies while adapting to challenges.
Display high agency, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.
Communicate quickly and clearly with both candidates and hiring managers.
Base location in San Francisco with willingness to work in the office five days a week.

Existing strong relationships within the engineering, research, and startup community in San Francisco.
Early-stage startup experience building a recruiting or sourcing function from the ground up.
