Role Overview

The Graphic Designer reports directly to the Head of Web Experience and collaborates closely with the Senior Designer. This position involves turning campaign briefs into polished visual deliverables across digital, print, and video channels. The professional will operate within a fast-moving environment, managing projects independently while maintaining clear communication through tools like Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Create comprehensive product and campaign marketing deliverables from initial concept to final files, including ebooks, datasheets, landing page graphics, social banners, paid ad creatives, and event materials.
Develop short-form videos and motion graphics that incorporate editing, captions, and animated elements for web and social channels.
Maintain and expand company brand guidelines across all produced collateral, actively contributing to component libraries and templates within Figma.
Partner with demand generation, content, and product marketing teams to manage project timelines and share proactive updates with stakeholders.
Prepare and export production-ready files tailored to the specific technical requirements of web, print, and video platforms.

Requirements

Possesses five to eight years of overall graphic design experience, including a minimum of two years working within a technology marketing agency or a B2B SaaS organization.
Demonstrates a robust portfolio featuring completed campaign projects, digital ads, social graphics, long-form documents like ebooks, and at least one motion or video piece.
Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in Figma for layout creation, component management, and collaborative team reviews.
Holds expert skills across Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Exhibits strong fundamentals in visual hierarchy, typography, and layout, with a meticulous eye for legibility, spacing, and alignment.
Capable of working autonomously from written briefs, asking clarifying questions early, and meeting deadlines reliably.
Communicates fluently in English with clear written and verbal responsiveness.

Nice to Have

Background in creating designs specifically for cybersecurity, developer tools, or other technical B2B sectors.
Knowledge of web asset production for WordPress platforms, encompassing basic HTML/CSS knowledge and responsive image specifications.
Familiarity with email design principles and standard email builders.
Competence in presentation design utilizing PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Proficiency in creating custom illustrations or iconography.
Familiarity with AI-powered video and design tools, paired with an informed perspective on their practical utility.
