The person in this role will own complex programs ranging from opening new entities and markets to M&A integration and evolving internal systems. What you will do
- Manage high-priority programs from initial planning through execution, covering M&A initiatives, geographic expansion, and major operational transitions.
- Translate ambiguous objectives into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates while actively resolving blockers.
- Partner with People, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, and other departments to connect cross-functional dependencies and identify gaps.
- Design repeatable infrastructure by turning lessons learned into standardized templates, SOPs, playbooks, and operating processes.
- Frame trade-offs and drive critical decisions forward by bringing appropriate stakeholders together to ensure execution.
- Handle program communication and change management ranging from executive updates to clear messaging for affected employees.
- Maintain a strong focus on the employee experience during high-change moments like team integrations and new market entry.
What you need
- Bring at least seven years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs within fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrate meaningful experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations across multiple lifecycle stages.
- Apply a hands-on operating style with a strong bias toward action, good judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align specialists and senior leaders without formal authority.
- Communicate clearly and directly with executives, distilling complicated programs into key decisions, risks, and trade-offs.
- Possess strong AI fluency, utilizing artificial intelligence daily to move faster, synthesize information, and increase output quality.
