What you will do
- Manage complex programs from initial planning through execution, including mergers and acquisitions, geographic expansion, and operational transitions.
- Translate ambiguous objectives into structured plans with clear requirements, workstreams, owners, and dependencies.
- Partner across departments such as finance, legal, recruiting, and IT to align stakeholders and prevent gaps.
- Develop standard operating procedures, templates, and playbooks to build scalable infrastructure.
- Frame tradeoffs and drive critical decisions while ensuring seamless communication with executives and employees.
- Maintain a focus on the employee experience during high-change integration moments and market expansions.
What you need
- Bring over seven years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrate meaningful experience supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions and integrations across multiple stages.
- Possess a hands-on operating style with a strong bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity.
- Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align specialists and senior leaders without formal authority.
- Communicate clearly and directly with executives to distill complicated programs into key decisions and risks.
- Display strong AI fluency by using artificial intelligence as a core part of daily work to synthesize information and increase output.
