Role Overview

The chosen candidate will join a fast-paced environment to develop user interfaces that handle real-time surveillance, video playback, and multi-camera views. This position is well-suited for developers who want to create intuitive user experiences from complex AI and computer vision data streams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale high-performance applications utilizing React and TypeScript for live surveillance operations.
Create user interface components dedicated to multi-camera grid management, timeline scrubbing, and video playback.
Fine-tune browser memory utilization, network bandwidth, and client-side rendering while streaming high-frequency data.
Collaborate alongside Product, Design, and Machine Learning teams to convert advanced AI detection features into clean user experiences.
Define frontend architecture guidelines, uphold rigorous testing protocols, and guide fellow team members.

Requirements

Proven history of developing production web apps using React and TypeScript.
Comprehensive knowledge of client-side optimization, browser memory management, and frontend performance profiling.
Practical background handling real-time data streams such as WebSockets, WebRTC, or SSE.
Solid software engineering foundations encompassing state management, modular architecture, and automated testing.

Nice to Have

Strong appreciation for web accessibility, usability, and meticulous UI detail.
Background working with web video technologies like WebRTC, HLS, MSE, or Canvas and WebGL video rendering.
History of creating spatial or location-focused dashboards with mapping utilities such as Mapbox or Leaflet.
Past employment within developer-centric B2B SaaS platforms or fast-moving startup environments.
