Role Overview

As the Finance Manager at Coram AI in Sunnyvale, the professional stepping into this role will direct the FP&A segment of the finance department. The responsibilities include driving the business financial forecast, conducting deep financial analysis, and generating performance reports to guide executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and manage the company financial model and forecast.
Deliver consistent reporting comparing actual results against the plan while flagging variances early.
Provide clear explanations for financial metrics, tracking revenue shifts, spending patterns, and future outlooks.
Partner across multiple departments including sales, marketing, R&D, and finance to align business activities with financial data.
Deliver vital analytical insights regarding headcount, expenditures, pricing strategies, and planning cycles to company leadership.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 10 years of practical, relevant professional experience.
Bring direct SaaS operating experience paired with a comprehensive understanding of SaaS financial models.
Demonstrate significant ownership over financial models, forecasts, or P&L lines with a proven track record of business impact.
Thrive in rapidly scaling organizations, with early-stage company experience considered an advantage.
Display sharp business acumen alongside exceptional attention to detail.
Maintain the ability to thoroughly explain complex financial models and speak credibly regarding forecast accuracy.
Show resilience when navigating challenging and fast-moving environments.
Communicate fluently in English with the capacity to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Commit to working in an on-site office environment.
