Role Overview

Lambda is seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter for a full-time position based out of the San Francisco office on Second Street. This role suits an experienced talent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help scale a leading AI cloud infrastructure company. Please note that this position requires working from the San Francisco office four days a week, with Tuesday designated as the work-from-home day.

Key Responsibilities

Direct complete end-to-end executive search initiatives for senior director, VP, and C-suite roles across multiple departments.
Create and implement thorough search strategies for essential leadership positions within Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance.
Collaborate closely with founders, board members, and current executives to establish precise role requirements and candidate profiles.
Utilize deep industry networks within the artificial intelligence and cloud computing sectors to source top talent.
Actively cultivate relationships with premier executive candidates through strategic networking, conferences, and industry events.
Oversee complex interview procedures that incorporate multiple stakeholders and various assessment methodologies.
Deliver an outstanding candidate journey that aligns with the company values and competitive positioning.
Craft compelling value propositions to present to executive candidates considering opportunities at a growing startup.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of executive search experience, featuring at least 4 years dedicated to the technology sector.
Demonstrated history of successfully placing C-suite and VP-level leaders within high-growth technology businesses.
Solid comprehension of AI/ML, semiconductor, GPU, or related hardware and software technology markets.
Broad network of connections with executive talent across relevant industries.
Background working alongside venture-backed startups with a strong grasp of startup dynamics.
Bachelor degree is required.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working at prominent executive search firms like Korn Ferry, Russell Reynolds, or Heidrick & Struggles.
Internal recruiting background within high-growth technology companies.
Knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence infrastructure, and related technologies.
Experience hiring for organizations scaling rapidly from Series A through an IPO.
Established connections with technology leaders in Silicon Valley and other major tech hubs.
Demonstrated success in recruiting diverse executive talent and fostering inclusive leadership teams.
