Role Overview

Figma Weave is seeking an Events Manager to join the team based out of the New York hub. This role focuses on establishing Weave's real-world footprint, turning event presence into brand awareness and enterprise pipeline. The professional will make strategic decisions regarding conference participation, manage content and brand experiences, and run standalone events from end to end while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own event strategy by determining which events to attend, the rationale for participation, and how each event supports awareness or pipeline goals.
Manage content, branding, speaking sessions, and awareness objectives at major industry conferences while partnering with central demand-gen teams.
Execute standalone events and executive programs from end to end in coordination with field marketing and regional teams.
Build and manage the events budget while remaining accountable for awareness and pipeline outcomes.
Collaborate directly with sales to connect event activities to lead generation and pipeline targets.
Direct agencies and third-party vendors by establishing briefs and managing final outcomes without handling physical production.
Engage professionally with VP-level stakeholders both internally and externally at events and executive programs.
Track and report on event performance metrics, ranging from overall reach to pipeline contribution.

Requirements

Experience running enterprise or industry events, spanning strategy through execution.
Comfort working alongside sales on pipeline-driven motions and familiarity with sales enablement language.
Experience managing agencies and service providers to successfully deliver on a given brief.
Confidence engaging directly with senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders.
Ability to operate within a larger partner ecosystem, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors.

Nice to Have

Background in creative tech, design platforms, or AI tools.
Experience building brand awareness campaigns alongside pipeline-focused events motions.
