An Engineering Manager for Product Engineering leads fullstack teams responsible for shipping impactful features and scaling application infrastructure. This person works closely with design, product, and AI groups to execute high-impact initiatives while maintaining a focus on simplicity and engineering excellence. Ideal candidates possess strong product intuition, hands-on technical capabilities, and a track record of guiding high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
What you will do
- Lead fullstack engineering teams building user-facing features across the web product.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and AI groups to identify and execute high-impact initiatives.
- Help define and evolve the architecture for a fast-moving, AI-powered application.
- Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers within a high-trust and high-impact environment.
- Foster a culture focused on simplicity, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to code and architecture reviews while unblocking teams and leading by example.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to align product initiatives with company goals.
What you need
- Three or more years of experience in a software engineering management role leading fullstack product engineering teams.
- Five or more years of experience working as a fullstack or backend product engineer.
- A demonstrated track record of leading high-performing and engaged engineering teams.
- Strong product sense with an instinct for balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
- Experience utilizing modern frontend frameworks such as React alongside backend systems like Python, Node, or Go.
