Role Overview

The Engagement Manager leads the delivery of Pigment implementations for strategic customers in San Francisco. This position combines structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled delivery to accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for customer engagements.
Structure complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
Lead executive workshops involving CFO, COO, and VP-level stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into solution designs alongside Solution Architects.
Utilize AI-powered capabilities to accelerate modeling and business insights.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, AI Architects, and modelers.
Drive customer adoption and long-term value realization.
Identify new opportunities to expand platform usage into use cases like ERP and operations.

Requirements

Possess 4 to 8 years of professional experience in consulting, technology, or data-driven roles.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier educational institution.
Bring prior experience working at leading professional services firms or top-tier technology companies.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Maintain a strong interest in artificial intelligence and enterprise software.

Nice to Have

Experience working in FP&A, supply chain, or operations.
Exposure to modern data platforms or AI tools such as Snowflake.
