Role Overview

Hinge Health seeks a remote Director, Product Management to lead the Member Journey product area and shape the future of digital healthcare. This full-time position suits an experienced product leader with a background in scaling consumer or B2B2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Build and communicate a multi-year product vision and strategy for the Member Journey neighborhood that aligns with broader company objectives.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing group of Product Managers while fostering ownership and operational excellence.
Optimize enrollment, activation funnels, retention, and long-term care outcomes by addressing friction points and expanding program offerings.
Scale the member experience to gracefully support new care models and conditions without causing platform fragmentation.
Define and execute strategies incorporating AI and personalization to make digital care more adaptive and impactful.
Partner closely with Clinical, Design, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate user needs into a unified product roadmap.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
Bring 10 or more years of experience in Product Management creating consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms.
Possess at least 4 years of experience managing a team of Product or Senior Product Managers.
Demonstrate past success in managing foundational platforms at scale rather than just individual features.
Show comfort in collaborating with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders operating in Pacific Time.
Exhibit technical fluency with data models, experimentation infrastructure, and system design, accompanied by strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Background working in digital health or consumer health products.
Experience leading platform teams and guiding significant architectural designs.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications geared toward personalization, recommendations, or behavior change.
Strong expertise in scaling experimentation and A/B testing.
Familiarity with consumer lifecycle management and engagement mechanics.
