Role Overview

The Developer Relations - Enterprise AI role at Lambda is a full-time position based out of the San Francisco Office, requiring presence in the office four days per week. This role suits a technical practitioner who wants to help enterprise teams understand how to deploy production workloads on Lambda's superintelligence cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Expand audience reach and distribution by introducing the cloud platform to new communities using professional networks and collaborative projects.
Create technical education materials, guides, demonstrations, and open-source examples in partnership with engineering teams, and present these concepts through talks, workshops, and video.
Gather field feedback by attending conferences and podcasts, engaging in online communities, tracking enterprise deployment problems, and sharing patterns with technical and go-to-market leaders.

Requirements

Experience in deploying and operating production artificial intelligence workloads, preferably within an enterprise setting.
Working knowledge of MLOps and observability practices related to maintaining the reliability and performance of systems.
Understanding of how internal infrastructure supports organizational applications and adoption.
A proven record of writing or speaking clearly about deployment and infrastructure.
An established professional network or following among enterprise practitioners.
Experience leveraging collaborations and community relationships to expand the reach of technical work.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and customer-facing groups.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with on-premises infrastructure or internal programs utilized by large teams.
Familiarity with Lambda Cloud or 1-Click Clusters.
Experience in producing technical video content, live demonstrations, workshops, or partnership programs.
