For USA-based roles, the annual base salary ranges from $123,000 USD to $172,000 USD. For Canada-based roles, the annual base salary ranges from $111,000 CAD to $155,000 CAD. Compensation also includes immediate participation in health and dental benefits programs, retirement matching programs (401k or RRSP), generous paid time off, maternity and parental leave top-up programs, equity grants, and incentive program participation where applicable.
