Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Own customer deployments end-to-end, steering systems from proof of concept to live production and KPI achievement.
Execute implementation discoveries to map out specific client integrations, data realities, compliance constraints, and edge cases.
Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, scope discipline, and client communications throughout delivery.
Collaborate with Agent Engineers and certified partner teams to maintain high delivery quality standards.
Drive genuine on-the-ground adoption of the AI systems among end users like branch staff and helpdesk operators.
Create comprehensive documentation, operating charters, and process playbooks for future scalability.

Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience, with a strong history of owning client-facing delivery outcomes.
Background in consulting, high-quality systems integration, or enterprise delivery organizations.
Technical aptitude to discuss integration approaches, evaluate performance failures, and reason about latency and scale.
Familiarity with agentic AI, large language models, prompt behaviors, and production evaluations.
Experience working within complex, highly regulated environments such as banking, insurance, or the public sector.
Exceptional precision in communication, writing, and escalation management.
