Key Responsibilities

Conduct analyses to understand consumer interactions and discover methods for product improvement.
Convey findings clearly to stakeholders and investigate the root causes of data anomalies.
Design and execute experiments to address complex business and data issues.
Partner with product owners to generate insights regarding business performance and influence product roadmaps.
Build dashboards for tracking metrics and recommend measurement strategies for success.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data collection procedures and promote data-driven decisions.
Apply, build, and refine artificial intelligence algorithms to drive business value across credit underwriting, fraud detection, and user experience optimizations.

Requirements

Possess a strong background in mathematics, statistics, or actuarial science.
Bring hands-on expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages including SQL and Python.
Exhibit proven experience in data visualization along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Approach problem-solving using both conventional techniques and novel perspectives.

Nice to Have
