Support model governance by documenting builds, evidencing fair customer treatment, and meeting regulatory obligations.
Collaborate with engineers to deploy models and rules into production while utilizing AI tooling to accelerate team workflows.

Requirements

Two to five years of experience in data science or decision science within consumer lending or a regulated financial services setting.
Practical experience developing or refining risk models or credit scorecards using logistic regression or gradient boosting.
