Data Operations Manager
About this role
Maintaining the data pipelines and operational processes that feed advanced AI technologies requires a skilled leader to bridge the gap between technical teams and daily execution. The Data Operations team partners with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning to build scalable workflows and high-quality datasets that power computer vision and artificial intelligence solutions.
Directing cross-functional operational initiatives from concept to production forms the core of daily responsibilities. Navigating complex operational challenges while owning key performance indicators allows the right candidate to drive measurable business impact in a hybrid work environment.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and scale operational processes that support onboarding, ongoing operations, and future growth.
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects across product, engineering, machine learning, and operation teams.
- Drive operational excellence through KPI ownership, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the operationalization and rollout of AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.
- Take ownership of complex operational challenges, ensuring successful execution and measurable business impact.
What you need
- Bring at least two years of experience in Data Operations, Technical Operations, Project Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience working in an R&D environment.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain professional proficiency in English.

- Experience leading technical implementation or integration projects
- Experience working with Computer Vision, AI, or Machine Learning products
