The Data Governance Analyst - Salesforce position at Delinea involves managing account hierarchies, deduplication, and compliance screening within an AI-first operating model in Mexico City. Key Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with a strong focus on US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling while following established deduplication standards.
Research and validate parent-child account relationships to support a single, accurate source-of-truth customer hierarchy.
Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action in alignment with IPO-readiness data control standards.
Perform OFAC and sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities early in the process and always before booking.
Escalate flagged matches promptly to the Manager and Legal or Compliance teams.
Research and validate new account creation requests in Salesforce, confirming correct placement within the customer hierarchy and meeting established SLAs.
Flag ambiguous, high-risk, or unclear account creation requests to the Manager for review and guidance.
Use AI and automation tools for detection, matching, and research, reviewing and validating AI-flagged findings before making system changes.
Provide feedback on tooling accuracy to support continuous improvement and identify recurring data quality issues or process gaps.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations.
Direct, hands-on experience with the Salesforce account and contact data model.
Basic familiarity with OFAC or sanctions screening processes, or a strong ability to quickly learn compliance-driven workflows.
Highly detail-oriented and comfortable operating within strict SLAs and a controls-oriented environment.
Demonstrated interest in applying AI and automation tools to data quality or operations workflows.
Fluent English language proficiency.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with data quality and deduplication tooling such as Openprise, Cloudingo, or Validity/DemandTools.
