About this role
Replit needs sharp quantitative minds to tackle the intersection of deep mathematics and applied artificial intelligence for agentic software creation. Interns will join key company teams, including AI Research, Strategic Finance, or the Office of the CEO, to address complex challenges in agent reasoning, systems optimization, and model performance at scale.
Participants collaborate directly with company executives, engineers, designers, and finance professionals on initiatives that shape how millions of developers build applications using natural language. Ideal candidates possess a strong mathematical background, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a desire to build solutions from first principles.
This paid opportunity is structured for students who want to apply rigorous mathematical thinking to real-world engineering problems. Successful interns are self-directed, communicate complex ideas clearly, and demonstrate genuine curiosity about the future of developer tooling and autonomous systems.
What you will do
