Key Responsibilities

Deploy AI workflows and internal tools across finance and operations to eliminate manual tasks and replace them with agents.
Manage FinOps and cost discipline by tracking vendor and infrastructure expenses, analyzing spending patterns, and supporting cost-reduction efforts.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable mechanics, including vendor onboarding, customer invoicing, billing accuracy, collections, and expense workflows.

Requirements

Possess three to six years of relevant background in management consulting, investment banking, accounting, strategic finance, or business operations at a high-growth tech firm.
Demonstrate an AI-native approach by actively leveraging LLMs, agents, and custom builds in daily tasks.
Exhibit a strong builder's instinct to redesign broken processes and automate weekly tasks.
Maintain comfort working directly with data and spreadsheets without relying on others for answers.
Show exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Display high ownership, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and the ability to manage frequent context switching.
Communicate clearly through crisp written updates, professional follow-ups, and accessible process explanations.
