Key Responsibilities

Serve as a reliable technical advisor to clients, guiding their generative artificial intelligence strategies utilizing Fireworks infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and data science professionals to design, construct, and release platform features spanning API tooling, model fine-tuning workflows, and inference systems.
Communicate directly with diverse clients, ranging from agile startups to major enterprises, to uncover use cases and drive long-term platform expansion.
Collaborate alongside go-to-market teams like sales and marketing to promote new product offerings internally and externally.

Requirements

Recent or impending graduation with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Less than two years of professional working experience.
Demonstrated curiosity regarding artificial intelligence, large language models, and developer utilities, alongside a habit of building with AI APIs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities for explaining technical trade-offs to clients.
Strong analytical capabilities coupled with deep user empathy.
High motivation and readiness to operate in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with comfort around ambiguity.

Nice to Have

Practical background in artificial intelligence or machine learning infrastructure, including inference serving, fine-tuning pipelines, embeddings, or agent frameworks.
Previous project or internship experience within software engineering, product management, or data science.
Acquaintance with developer-centric tools and an appreciation for high-quality API or SDK experiences.
