About this role
The Fever SEO team engineers visibility across traditional search engines, LLMs, local listings, and third-party integrations to capture and influence user demand globally. Working at the intersection of data, technical excellence, and strategic thinking, the team shapes how users discover cultural experiences.
As the AI Search Innovation Lead, you will drive the evolution of brand authority in the next era of search by focusing heavily on impact rather than traditional search acronyms. Your day-to-day work involves testing and measuring how large language models construct answers, designing analytical frameworks to track visibility across emerging platforms like MCPs, and collaborating with engineering to ensure seamless AI data ingestion.
Ideal candidates bring a strong analytical background combined with extensive experience in search optimization and a hands-on technical skillset. Someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and possesses a deep curiosity about how generative AI models discover and prioritize information will do well in this position.

- Design and execute testing frameworks to decipher how established search signals influence AI citations and generative presence.
- Build and maintain analytical measurement frameworks for AI visibility performance while proactively integrating internal and external data sources.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to optimize data schemas, site architectures, and API feeds for seamless ingestion by AI models.
- Evaluate new large language model releases and emerging platforms to translate industry developments into actionable testing strategies.
- Design and execute public relations and community conversation strategies aimed at accelerating and measuring generative model perception.
What you need
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Big Data.
- Bring six to nine years of relevant experience in search engine optimization, demonstrating ownership and a proactive problem-solving approach.

- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration with diverse audiences.
- Possess working knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
