Role Overview

The AI & Management Lehrkraft/Coach role is a full-time remote position based in Germany, focusing on supporting leaders and project managers within an innovative AI training program. Key Responsibilities

Provide written and verbal answers to learners regarding artificial intelligence-supported project management, change management, and tools such as Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Support peer-learning sessions and on-demand mentoring while the Coaching Team Lead handles kick-off events.
Assist participants who face roadblocks with business cases, stakeholder mapping, and change initiatives.
Deliver initial feedback on final projects like AI-readiness frameworks and change impact briefs to prepare them for final evaluation by senior coaches.
Report content gaps and improvement ideas directly to the learning team based on daily interactions with learners.
Help onboard new team members into the delivery department.

Requirements

Between one and three years of experience in a coordinating, mentoring, tutoring, or learning and development support role.
Confident, everyday usage of artificial intelligence tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, with background in Copilot Studio or Power Automate considered a plus.
Foundational understanding of change management, stakeholder communication, or business-case concepts to aid participants with troubleshooting.
High service orientation, empathy, clear communication skills, and a constructive feedback culture.
Independent, reliable working style accompanied by strong team spirit.
Very strong proficiency in both German and English, at a minimum C1 level.

Nice to Have

Basic awareness of artificial intelligence governance topics, including the EU AI Act, responsible artificial intelligence, and human-in-the-loop principles.
A university degree in business, project management, or education.
