Role Overview

Own Your Specialized is hiring an AI Factory Partnerships Lead to create pre-integrated bundles combining compute, networking, storage, and models. Enterprises currently assemble full-stack, on-premises, and colocated AI deployments independently. This role collapses that complexity into a single offering using the company platform as the underlying operating system. The professional in this position will write the commercial playbook, choose strategic OEM partners, and drive the go-to-market execution from initial talks to repeatable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Build strategic alliances across the technology stack and define reference bundles featuring the platform as the serving and orchestration layer.
Validate joint architectures alongside engineering teams and negotiate commercial agreements.
Design and execute the joint go-to-market plan, including ideal customer profiles, field plays, and revenue forecasts.
Enable field sellers on the joint offering and manage deals end-to-end alongside partner sales teams.

Requirements

Ten or more years of experience in enterprise infrastructure.
Proven track record of building and scaling at least one joint product offering.
Existing professional relationships inside at least two major hardware or silicon organizations such as Dell, HPE, NVIDIA, or AMD.
Deep understanding of the full AI factory stack.
Hands-on experience working with integrated offerings, appliances, or validated design programs.

Nice to Have

Previous background in selling into on-premises or sovereign artificial intelligence deployments where customers manage hardware and vendors manage software.
Familiarity with large language model inference economics, including throughput per GPU, hardware utilization, and software return on investment.
