Bangalore – Senior AI Engineer role focused on developing a reusable Agentic Platform for Amtech’s enterprise software. Suitable for engineers experienced in generative AI, LLM orchestration, and production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement headless, MCP-native business logic that can be accessed by UI users, AI agents, or automated jobs.
Expose Amtech functionalities as MCP-described tools for universal AI model invocation.
Build and maintain an LLM orchestration layer that safely converts model outputs into governed actions.
Develop agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and the Model Context Protocol.
Create and fine-tune Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ground responses in Amtech’s internal data.
Integrate multiple LLM providers (Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock) through a common abstraction to avoid vendor lock-in.
Make build-vs-buy decisions for agent tooling and act as a technical reference for engineers embedding the platform into product pods.

Requirements

Strong curiosity about emerging agentic AI and large language model tooling.
Ability to work independently in a senior, self-directed capacity.
Experience operating close to production environments and handling governed customer data.
Proficiency in designing scalable, reusable platform components.
