Role Overview

CreatorIQ is seeking an AI Automation Engineer based in São Paulo to build internal tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make the go-to-market organization faster and more scalable. This full-time position suits a resourceful, builder-first professional who thrives at the intersection of artificial intelligence, automation, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Build internal tools and AI-powered solutions end-to-end using modern AI development tools to design, ship, and deploy applications on platforms like Vercel.
Orchestrate automated workflows in n8n and similar orchestration tools to connect Salesforce, Snowflake, HubSpot, and Slack via APIs and webhooks.
Query, model, and move data between the CRM and data warehouse to power dashboards, automations, and AI workflows.
Design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agents for research, enrichment, summarization, content generation, and analysis using prompt engineering and API integrations.
Act as a trusted technical partner to go-to-market teams by identifying process inefficiencies, documenting solutions, and training users on new workflows.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
3+ years of experience building internal tools, automations, or software within a SaaS environment.
Familiarity with modern automation and AI stacks, including n8n, Vercel, Dokploy, custom APIs, and production LLM APIs like Claude and OpenAI.
Strong data and API background, including confident SQL writing skills for Snowflake or similar systems, plus understanding of data modeling, webhooks, and event-driven systems.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Snowflake CoCo.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other go-to-market tools.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary ranging from 350,000 to 415,000 BRL.
