Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end quality by creating targeted evaluation metrics and closing performance gaps until numerical thresholds are met.
Treat agents as versioned, reviewed software artifacts held to regression suites to maintain consistent behavior.
Optimize systems for production constraints such as operational cost, inference accuracy, reliability, and load performance.
Scale solutions so behavior remains steady from the first interaction to the hundred-thousandth.
Adapt proven deployment patterns to new customer environments efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Senior team members establish technical build playbooks and uphold quality benchmarks across deployment motions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience building and maintaining software systems that real users depend on in production environments.
Demonstrated practical expertise working with large language models and autonomous agents, including context management, tool utilization, memory architectures, and structured outputs.
Familiarity with both open-source and closed-source AI models alongside standard agentic frameworks.
Strong application of engineering discipline to AI, favoring version control, automated testing, reproducibility, and regression management.
Proficiency in designing and building evaluation pipelines that measure real performance signals over statistical noise.
Solid programming skills in Python with broad technical capability spanning backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience designing resilient systems that retain predictable behavior over months of operation under real production loads.
Strong communication skills to collaborate directly with customer engineering teams to resolve technical constraints.
