Key Responsibilities

Direct the complete lifecycle of the Peec AI website, covering structure, user experience, visual design standards, messaging, and site speed.
Expand organic search traffic by implementing solid SEO frameworks, logical site architecture, and optimized content pathways.
Continuously optimize crucial visitor journeys, including the homepage, product explanations, pricing tables, documentation, and specific landing pages.
Coordinate with product, marketing, growth, and design units to ensure the online platform accurately mirrors the caliber of the core software.
Direct external designers and agency partners with precise creative guidance and elevated quality benchmarks.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling a website for a fast-paced B2B software enterprise known for high design standards.
Deep product and user experience instincts centered on clarity, storytelling, navigation, and visitor engagement.
Practical proficiency with contemporary content management systems and digital publishing technologies like Webflow, Framer, or headless architectures.
Background utilizing conversion rate optimization, data analytics, experimentation, and growth-focused landing page workflows.
High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and rigorous judgment regarding visual presentation and execution.

Nice to Have

Background at organizations recognized for exceptional digital craftsmanship such as Linear, Notion, Raycast, or Framer.
Product marketing intuition capable of converting core positioning into compelling product pages.
History of constructing scalable landing page systems designed for rapid growth teams.
Experience directing design talent and external contractors while retaining internal strategic control.
