Role Overview

Peec AI invites an enthusiastic designer to join the team in Berlin for a minimum three-month internship focused on practical visual design. From the very first week, the participant will produce tangible assets for the company website, social media, marketing campaigns, and live events. The position functions as a crucial design partner to colleagues across the organization, transforming concepts into polished presentations and handling everyday creative tasks. Working alongside experienced designers and marketers, the intern will discover how a modern company builds and maintains its visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Craft brand-consistent assets for diverse marketing channels, campaign visuals, event materials, social media content, and web graphics.
Serve as the primary creator for presentations, converting internal and external pitch decks into clear, persuasive, and visually appealing stories.
Assist company stakeholders with daily design requests to ensure team members communicate effectively and maintain visual standards.
Utilize and contribute to the internal design system to ensure all brand outputs remain consistent, scalable, and cohesive.
Partner directly with the Growth, Sales, and GEO teams to understand how comprehensive branding projects develop from concept to completion.

Requirements

A developing portfolio featuring university assignments, freelance projects, or independent work that highlights layout, typography, and visual narrative skills.
Practical proficiency using Figma, alongside working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Demonstrated ability to design compelling presentations that structure information clearly and attractively.
High attention to detail with a commitment to producing polished, high-quality visual results rather than simply finishing tasks quickly.
Strong enthusiasm for learning, receiving constructive feedback, and operating efficiently within a fast-paced setting.
Previous background in a startup or business-to-business environment.
Excellent communication abilities paired with a cooperative and proactive mindset.
Prior practical exposure gained through internships or studio work, preferably within the B2B or startup sectors.

Nice to Have

Genuine enthusiasm for software applications, artificial intelligence, and new technology markets.
Practical skills in motion design, animation, or prototyping using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Framer.
