Negotiate term sheets and manage the letter of intent process to structure commercial terms matching technical and business needs.
Bridge the gap from letters of intent to fully executed transactions by satisfying all commercial, technical, and legal prerequisites.
Act as project manager for cross-functional stakeholder engagement, coordinating due diligence, internal and external legal counsel, network organizations, platform engineers, and finance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for auxiliary teams like networks, deployments, and government relations to provide status updates.
Track critical-path items, build transaction timelines, and proactively flag risks that could affect deal completion.
Translate technical and operational requirements into binding contractual terms within commercial agreements.
Guide complex digital infrastructure development projects toward a construction-ready state either directly or via developers.
Navigate country-specific regulatory, grid connection, and permitting requirements that differ across European regions.
Create and document transaction processes and playbooks to support scalable deal execution.
Collaborate closely with the Compute Markets Manager to prioritize sites, counterparties, and markets.
