Role Overview

The Technical Project Manager at Tillster in Mexico City is a full-time position responsible for guiding and delivering both external customer-facing and internal projects. This opportunity is well-suited for a structured and polished professional with a strong technological background who can manage complex multi-national initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact and trusted partner for enterprise customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with multi-billion-dollar organizations through consistent execution, accountability, and professional communication.
Lead executive updates, project reviews, presentations, and customer-facing meetings with clarity and confidence.
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource coordination, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Track project dependencies, risks, and action items while proactively finding mitigation strategies and solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Customer Success.
Prepare and present executive summaries, project status reports, risk assessments, and timelines.
Drive process optimization and operational efficiencies utilizing modern automation, tools, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

Hold a completed Bachelor's degree.
Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in project management, client services, program management, account management, or a customer-facing delivery role.
Bring proven success in managing large-scale customer initiatives within fast-paced business settings.
Demonstrate a strong executive presence with exceptional relationship management, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
Exhibit bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish at a C2 CFER level or equivalent.
Show knowledge of or a strong ability to learn modern AI tools and platforms, such as OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, and workflow automation technologies.

Nice to Have

Background in enterprise software, SaaS, consultative sales, digital commerce, restaurant technology, or hospitality environments.
Prior Agile or Scrum working experience.
