This position suits an experienced professional looking to own the planning cadence, systems architecture, and AI integration for a rapidly scaling recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities

Build and run the cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology, establishing a shared roadmap, clear DRIs, and a single source of truth for leadership.
Drive high-priority cross-team programs end-to-end, spanning scoping, trade-offs, and delivery across groups without direct reporting lines.
Lead technical interconnection work by integrating third-party platforms, custom internal tooling, and data analytics layers.
Partner with engineering and AI teams to integrate Claude deeper into recruiting workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls.
Connect recruiting initiatives to company-wide business roadmaps to ensure proactive headcount planning and early visibility into staffing needs.
Oversee build-versus-buy decisions and vendor evaluations across team boundaries, managing security, contracts, and integration trade-offs.
Establish program infrastructure including governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation paths.
Define a durable model for technical program management support within the People organization.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of technical program management experience, including building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to drive planning and execution across unaligned teams through influence without authority.
Technical depth in systems integration, including APIs, data flows between SaaS platforms, and configuration versus custom building.
Professional familiarity with recruiting, people, or HR technology such as ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stacks.
Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field.
Ability to build trust and translate complex concepts between engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives.
Comfort thriving in a newly defined role where shaping the function is part of the job.
Availability to work under a location-based hybrid policy requiring presence in a company office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management.
