Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, the professional will own program delivery for the GTM systems portfolio, steering cross-functional execution from lead capture and routing through to core selling and partner tooling. This position suits experienced program managers with a strong background in Salesforce-centric environments and Go-To-Market operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete delivery lifecycle for the designated program area roadmap, covering intake, prioritization, sequencing, status reporting, and operational cadence.
Manage critical program dependencies across shared GTM platforms.
Collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts on design and requirements, and with developers regarding build-versus-buy decisions, vendor evaluations, and technical tradeoffs.
Help establish scaling operating models, including intake, planning, and sequencing procedures.
Provide sales and GTM leadership with transparent visibility into program commitments, risks, and ongoing progress.
Integrate Claude into GTM workflows to accelerate productivity for partner managers and sellers.

Requirements

Six or more years of technical program management or business systems delivery experience with end-to-end roadmap ownership.
Background working inside or near Salesforce-centric GTM or RevOps systems organizations with an understanding of object connections like leads, opportunities, partners, and quotes.
Experience managing delivery where multiple teams deploy into a single core system utilizing a shared release process.
Demonstrated history of partnering with compliance, audit, or revenue control functions.
Ability to build trust and translate effectively across developers, business systems analysts, finance, and sales operations.
Comfort driving outcomes across unmanaged or indirect reporting lines.

Nice to Have

Experience with lead routing and scoring platforms, CPQ, marketplace and co-sell tooling, or partner relationship management.
Background in sales systems product management, RevOps, or business systems analysis.
Experience setting up CI/CD or release management for Salesforce organizations.
Familiarity with revenue controls or SOX ITGC.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
