Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete Agent Development Life Cycle, guiding solutions from initial scope and conversation design through to production launch and ongoing iteration.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, helping them align business objectives with high-performing AI strategies.
Collaborate daily with client working teams by running working sessions, resolving issues, and ensuring launches stay on track.
Influence product development by gathering unmet customer needs and relaying feedback to the platform and research teams.

Requirements

Passion for customer obsession, with the ability to understand complex organization needs and forge trusted relationships.
Exceptional direct, clear, and persuasive communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong strategic problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity, analyze challenges, and adapt quickly.
Technical aptitude that includes reading API documentation, understanding data models, and following engineering tradeoffs.
Proven track record of high ownership and the ability to drive multiple complex projects to successful outcomes simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying production AI or LLM agents utilizing tools like evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Background as a founder, founding team member, or operator who values craft, ownership, and speed.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, alongside an MBA or comparable business-technology experience.
