Role Overview

The Strategist, Agent Development (Italian speaking) position at Sierra is a full-time product role based in London that focuses on designing and deploying customer-facing AI agents for major global brands. Key Responsibilities

Own the full Agent Development Life Cycle, guiding solutions from initial scope and conversation design to production launch and continuous iteration.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding their business goals and shaping the AI strategy needed to achieve them.
Partner directly with customer working teams by running working sessions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping builds on track.
Translate unmet customer needs into actionable product feedback for research and platform teams to influence future development.

Requirements

Customer obsession with a strong desire to understand business needs and build trusted relationships within complex organizations.
Clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity, analyze complex challenges, spot risks early, and adapt quickly.
Solid technical aptitude, including comfort with reading API documentation, grasping data models, and following engineering tradeoffs.
Strong ownership and delivery skills with a track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying AI and LLM agents in production using evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Background as a founder, founding team member, or operator who understands how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, alongside an MBA or comparable business experience.
