Key Responsibilities

Own the complete Agent Development Life Cycle, taking artificial intelligence agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous iteration.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with executives to understand business goals and shape AI strategies.
Partner day-to-day with customer working teams by running working sessions, troubleshooting agents, and keeping builds on track for launch.
Directly impact product development by surfacing unmet client needs and feeding them back to research and platform teams.

Requirements

Customer obsession with a genuine energy for being in front of clients, understanding their needs, and building trusted relationships.
Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong strategic problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments, enabling the identification of early risks and adaptation to fast-paced changes.
Technical aptitude that includes reading API documentation, understanding data models, and following engineering trade-offs.
A proven track record of ownership and delivery, successfully running multiple complex and high-visibility projects at once.

Nice to Have

Experience building or deploying AI or LLM agents in production, including hands-on familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering, and technical collaboration.
Background as a founder, founding team member, or operator who balances craft, ownership, and speed.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or an MBA alongside practical experience at the intersection of technology and business.
