Strategist, Agent Development (Brazilian Portuguese speaking)
About this role

This role exists to own the entire agent development lifecycle, guiding large brands from initial pilot through to deployment while maintaining fluent communication in Brazilian Portuguese. Operating at the intersection of product, technology, and customer success, the person in this position will design conversations, configure tooling, and continuously tune system behavior to measurably improve performance in the real world.
Ideal candidates thrive in ambiguity, possess strong technical aptitude to engage with APIs and system architectures, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer obsession. Someone who balances analytical problem-solving with hands-on delivery will excel here, particularly individuals with a background in founder-led environments or complex technical implementations.
