Role Overview

Sierra is seeking a full-time Strategist, Agent Development (Arabic speaking) to join the team in London. This position suits an innovative professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and client engagement, guiding enterprise AI implementations from initial pilots to full production.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete Agent Development Life Cycle, taking solutions from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, launch, and continuous production iteration.
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, helping them define success and shaping the AI strategies required to reach their goals.
Collaborate day-to-day with customer working teams by running working sessions, resolving technical issues, and keeping project builds on track.
Translate complex business challenges into high-performing AI agents that measurably move client businesses forward.
Influence product direction by gathering unmet customer needs and sharing feedback directly with internal research and platform teams.

Requirements

Genuine energy for customer interactions, understanding diverse business needs, and nurturing trusted relationships within complex organizations.
Clear, direct, and persuasive communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities to solve problems in ambiguous environments, anticipate risks, and adapt rapidly.
Technical aptitude that includes reading API documentation, grasping data models and system architecture, and following engineering trade-offs.
A proven track record of managing multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously and driving them to successful outcomes.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience building or deploying AI and LLM agents in production, utilizing eval frameworks, RAG, agent tooling, and prompt engineering.
Background as a founder, founding team member, or operator who balances craft, ownership, and speed.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, alongside or combined with an MBA or equivalent professional experience.
