Key Responsibilities

Manage the financial health, gross margins, and cost-to-deliver of a diverse project portfolio spanning custom solutions, off-the-shelf datasets, and sample products.
Translate domain strategies from research and product teams into executable four-quarter delivery roadmaps.
Directly lead and develop a team of Strategic Project Leads to establish a high-performance culture and ensure punctual delivery.
Bridge go-to-market teams and delivery operations by supporting pre-sales efforts and providing clear timeline and capacity insights.
Mobilize cross-functional groups across research, engineering, and delivery that do not report directly to the role.
Oversee workforce planning in coordination with delivery heads to ensure projects are staffed accurately according to demand.
Investigate quality breakdowns firsthand, challenge expensive production pipelines, and turn recurring issues into systemic fixes.
Formulate reusable playbooks, operational rhythms, and best practices to standardize future pod launches.

Requirements

Bring 8+ years of professional experience with significant seniority and time operating at a leadership level.
Prior experience managing people, with a preference for 3 or more years in management.
Proven ownership of a P&L or a business unit, including responsibility for pricing, cost trade-offs, and financial results.
Demonstrated technical depth in software engineering, computer use and agents, or adjacent frontier technology areas.
Strong commercial judgment for handling technical discovery, scoping engagements, and negotiating timelines or margins.
High comfort level working in ambiguous environments and leading through influence across cross-functional peers.
Strong track record of building functions or products from the ground up rather than purely administering existing structures.

Nice to Have

Prior background working with artificial intelligence and machine learning data, evaluations, or benchmarks.
Experience building a specific function or business line inside a rapidly scaling company.
A professional background as a founder or early employee in a technical product organization.
