Drive internal alignment regarding transaction terms, risk parameters, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

Background in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing, featuring direct experience in data center, cloud, or technology sector transactions.
Demonstrated track record of originating, structuring, and closing cloud capacity, data center, or infrastructure deals.
Comprehensive familiarity with the compute ecosystem, provider pricing, contracting methods, and capacity commitments.
Working knowledge of financing and infrastructure requirements for compute projects.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Ability to work on a location-based hybrid policy, requiring presence in the office at least 25% of the time.

Eight to ten or more years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, or principal finance roles.
Experience managing multiple high-value transactions simultaneously across various development stages.
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with capital-intensive organizations.

Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving market structures and deal norms.
